Roots & Tresses Delivery Information

At present, Roots and Tresses only delivers within New Zealand, but we plan to expand our shipping services throughout Oceania in the future. All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and charges will be processed in NZD.

New Zealand Shipping Options

At Roots and Tresses, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (urban areas)  

• Rural Delivery: 5–7 business days (rural delivery). Please allow extra time for rural and remote areas.

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

• Dispatch Days: We dispatch orders every Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.
