We offer a wide range of hair extensions, including braiding hair in various styles such as French curl, yaki, and other premium braiding textures.

2. Are your extensions human hair or synthetic?

At the moment, we mainly offer premium synthetic extensions, with human-hair options coming in the future as we expand.

3. How long do hair extensions last?

With proper care:

Synthetic hair typically lasts 4–8 weeks, depending on how often it’s worn and how well it’s maintained.
Installations such as braids, weaves, and other protective styles also last 4–8 weeks, depending on your hair type, upkeep, and aftercare.

4. How do I care for my extensions?

Key tips for hair and braid care:

Wash your scalp and extensions regularly, especially if worn long-term
Use sulphate-free shampoo to prevent drying out your natural hair.
Avoid heavy oils to prevent weighing them down.
Sleep with a satin scarf, bonnet, or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and prevent tangling.
Keep your scalp moisturised using lightweight oils or hair food, especially with protective styles.
Detangle gently using a wide-tooth comb or fingers, starting from the ends and working upward.
Avoid excessive heat on synthetic hair, unless labelled heat friendly.

5. Do you ship within New Zealand?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location.

6. Do you ship to Australia?

Not yet. At the moment we ship only within New Zealand, but as the business grows we plan to expand to Australia and other countries in Australasia.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened hair. However, unopened items can be exchanged within our specified timeframe. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

8. How long does shipping take?

Most NZ orders are delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on the day and time your order is placed.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, cash upon collection, and bank transfers.
