Roots & Tresses 10 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Roots & Tresses, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and hair products, we also follow strict hygiene standards to protect all our customers.

​

Returns

·       We accept returns within 10 days of purchase.

·       To be eligible, items must be:

o   Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

o   In a resaleable condition

·       Proof of purchase is required.

·       Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair extensions, wigs, braiding hair, and hair products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

·       If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at byrootsandtresses@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

·       We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue, in line with the CGA.

·       Return shipping costs will be covered by Roots & Tresses for faulty or incorrect items.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email byrootsandtresses@gmail.com with:

·       Your order number

·       A brief description of the issue

·       Photos (if the item is faulty or incorrect)

Roots & Tresses reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
